DEGIRO · Step by step
A CSV is simply a file with all your transactions — like a spreadsheet, but as plain text. DEGIRO provides two files that you need: Transactions (buys & sales) and Account (dividends, interest, fees). Here’s how to download them:
Open app.degiro.com and sign in with your email address and password.
Click on Inbox in the left dark sidebar (the envelope icon with a red badge).

In the Inbox menu first click ① Transaktionen & export, then click ② Konto & export.

Click the export icon in the top right, select 01.01.–31.12. of the tax year and download the CSV. Repeat for both files.
You need exactly two files
Transactions
Contains all buys & sales. Basis for FIFO calculation and equity reporting in lines 19–20.
Account
Contains dividends, interest, withholding tax and Vorabpauschalen — flows into lines 19 & 41 (KAP) and KAP-INV.
longest possible time period
For an accurate FIFO calculation we need all purchases since account opening — not just those from the tax year. When exporting, select from account opening to 31.12. of the tax year.
